Refunds for your full tournament registration fee for Shamrock Cup will begin processing on Thursday, April 22 via the same payment method used when you registered. Credit cards and PayPal accounts will be credited first. Teams that paid by check will receive their refund in the form of a check.
If you have questions, please let us know here.
Thank you for your patience as we begin the process of coordinating refunds for Shamrock Cup. It is our goal and our expectation to be able to offer 100% refunds of registration fees to all teams that were paid in full.
As we hear more from our insurance carrier about a timeline, we will update you on this page and via email to your tournament contacts.
Please note it can sometimes take 30 days to receive payment from the insurance company. Refunds will be issued via the same method you paid your registration fee no later than April 22.
If you have a special circumstance and cannot wait that long, please let us know here.
Chattanooga has received nearly 6” of rain in the last 72 hours. The entrance to Camp Jordan Park is barricaded with flood waters and a mudslide closed a tunnel just a couple miles from the complex.
Unfortunately, we received word late this morning from the City of East Ridge that Camp Jordan Park will not be playable for a tournament this weekend. Our other complex, Grimes Soccer Complex, will have at least a partial closure — maybe full closure. Even though the weather will be beautiful here this weekend, the amount of rain was so significant that grass fields will not drain enough to recover in time.
Our tournament staff has already notified the insurance company and begun the process for determining the amount for refunds. Within 7 days, you will receive another update from us regarding the refund amount and the timing of those refunds.
If we have more information before the next email, that will be shared on this page.
