Chattanooga soccer families will continue to see more construction  when driving to Camp Jordan for games and practice.

The $59/night America's Best Value Inn motel you see as you turn in will be demolished to make room for a new Hampton Inn in 2018.

Vision Hospitality Group, Inc. announced plans this week to build an 88-room hotel as part of the new 50 -acre Jordan Crossing development anchored by Bass Pro Shops.

The hotel will be right beside the current footprint of the America's Best Value Inn. It feature an outdoor pool with a fitness facility and business center which will sell out early during tournament weekends.

"We truly feel that Hampton Inn is one of the best brands available today. We value the partnership we have with Hilton to develop premium hotels in growing markets,” said Vision President and CEO, Mitch Patel.

Ultimately, Jordan Crossing is expected to include 300,000 square feet of retail, restaurant and hotel space.
