Chattanooga FC Academy continues to prepare players who want to compete at the next level. This week we are proud to announce two more college signings.

Hunter Schobert, CFCA 98 Premier, has committed to play soccer for Tennessee Wesleyan Bulldogs this fall in Athens, TN.

Known as an athlete with tremendous pace he can play anywhere on the field. Schobert is just as likely to give an assist in a game as he is to score a goal.  He is president of the National Honor Society in high school, has a 3.6 GPA, and volunteers to help the homeless on weekends.

Another CFCA player who will join a college soccer team this fall is Sydney Eaker from the 99 Premier team.

She has committed to play for NCAA Division 2 school Erskine College in South Carolina. Eaker is a defender on the field and has played for CFCA's Andy Wishart the last four years.

"Sydney is a determined player and loves the game," Wishart said.

"I am so glad to see the hard work pay off as now Sydney goes on to play in the Conference Carolinas. I'm sure she will give it everything both on and off the field."

Chattanooga FC Academy begins training soccer athletes as young as seven years old and has teams all the way to the u19 level.
